We’d Love to Hear from You! Call (905) 852-5550

Life has been anything but normal this spring and we sincerely hope you and your family are in good health. We are excited to inform you that we are now able to once again provide dental care for you and your family. The Ministry of Health has lifted the restrictions placed back in March. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.

Our office has always followed strict infection control standards and in order to keep us all protected during this pandemic and in the future, we have updated our protocols. When we see you at your next appointment, things will be a little different.

  • You are required to let us know in advance of your visit to the office if you are not feeling well or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms. We will ask you to postpone your visit to the office until your symptoms have abated.
  • If you are running late please call the office let us know and perhaps reschedule your appointment. If we get running behind for any reason we will do our best to contact you and advise you of an appropriate time to come.
  • We will ask some screening questions before your appointment via email or by telephone, and you’ll be asked those same questions again when you’re in the office. We will also ask for any changes in medical history or medications.
  • Patients are encouraged to wear a mask for the duration of their time in the clinic except for during the course of treatment. If a patient needs to cough or sneeze at any point, they are to advise the practitioner and direct it into a tissue or their sleeve at the elbow. They will be required to sanitize again.
  • You may be asked to wait outside our office or in your car and call us when you arrive and then wait for a call back to let you know when you can enter the office. Only patients will be allowed to access the clinic with the exception of a parent with a young child or if you are accompanying an elderly or infirm patient. Patients should limit the number of items brought into the clinic to bare minimums.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the clinic and when you leave. There are more dispensers around the office for you to use as needed. Your temperature will be recorded. Please use your washroom facilities at home prior to appointment.
  • Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines or children’s toys since those items are difficult to fully disinfect.
  • Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. That might mean less flexibility for scheduling your appointment, but it will also reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. Please use credit/debit cards for payment so we can be as touchless as possible and bring your own pen for any forms needed.
  • You may be surprised that we’re wearing more protective gear – such as masks, face shields, gowns – than we normally do during your visit. The team will maintain physical distancing whenever possible.
  • Post-op instructions include reporting any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days to your Public Health Office as well as to our office. In addition you will receive a care call within 10 days of your appointment.

Rest assured, all these procedures are designed to create the safest environment for you, other patients and our team. If you feel uncomfortable about an appointment, or during your visit, PLEASE communicate this to a team member and we will do everything we can to make you comfortable or reschedule your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you again. If you have any questions, please let us know. To make an appointment, call our office at (905) 852-5550 or email us at

Thank you for patience and loyalty throughout this ordeal. We value your trust and look forward to welcoming you back!
